The Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays a vital role in ensuring that all areas of the hotel are impeccably clean, organized, and welcoming. As a member of the Sheraton family, you will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Assist in training new cleaning staff on proper procedures and standards.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an advantage.
